Ideal body weight during pregnancy

When pregnant, you may be a direct attempt to improve your lifestyle. From a rather late night, is now trying to sleep more regularly. From the beginning to eat poorly, are now more attention to balanced nutrition.
One important factor in pregnancy, associated with diet, weight loss is setting.
In Indonesia, the prospective mother’s ideal body weight when starting a pregnancy, which is between 45-65 kg. If less than 45 kg, body weight should first be raised up to 45 kg before pregnancy. Vice versa, if the weight loss of more than 65 kg, should be reduced to below 65 kg before pregnancy.
Why should we? Because weight loss candidates mothers less than 45 kg or more than 65 pounds will make a risky pregnancy, both for the fetus, as well as his own mother in herself. Prospective mother’s body weight less (underweight) or excess (overweight), are equally at risk of having a baby with less weight or low birth weight (LBW). Babies with low birth weight would likely be disrupted growth and development of intelligence.
Mothers with excess weight may experience bleeding or poisoning pregnancy. First blood tension rising, swelling in the legs, kidney problems, eventually poisoning pregnancy. Also, the possibility of complications during childbirth.
